They are dedicated to ensuring seamless operation and exceptional support for our ERP systems and are seeking a skilled and proactive Application Support Specialist to join their growing team. Job Description: As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing their clients' ERP systems. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, performing administrative tasks, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first-line/Second-line support for issues and queries.

* Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.

* Manage and maintain contracts, ensuring renewals and compliance.

* Document and track all support activities and resolutions in a ticketing system.

* Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.

* Assist in the development and maintenance of support documentation and user guides.

* Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Proven experience in ERP application support or a similar technical support role.

* Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in using ticketing systems and support tools.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:.

* Knowledge of SQL, databases, and scripting, cloud platforms.

* Experience in a customer-facing role, providing technical support.

* Understanding of ITIL standards and processes / experience of working with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM / CRM tool

* Application support experience delivering against Service Level Agreement targets
