As a Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining all stock and materials required for product assembly in a fast-moving, high volume, and frequently changing environment, where there is a significant amount of incoming data from various sources that requires the ability to analyse, process, make decisions and communicate effectively.
In your first few weeks in this Material Coordinator role, you can expect to:
Create and manage daily stock schedules, from stock to production
Provide cover, where required, for the Materials Admin and Materials Resource Planner when on annual leave
Ensure Purchase Orders are raised weekly for all areas of packaging, materials and PPE
Monitor all ingredient and packaging stocks and report potential problems to escalate or find a solution
Investigate and resolve any stock queries
