Position: Construction Supervisor
Period of Contract: Permanent Full Time

Compensation: $39 per hour
Hours per week: 30-40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
2. Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management.
3. Supervise and coordinate construction workers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
4. Train workers for safety protocols and company standards.
5. Assist in hiring, promoting and terminating workers.
6. Inspect work during and after completion to meet company quality standards and client specifications.
7. Address any issues or problems promptly to maintain the integrity of the roofing work.
8. Coordinate the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring everything is available as needed.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. One to two years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry is necessary.
3. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Work independently and as part of a team on day-to-day tasks and projects.
5. Detail oriented and goal driven.
