Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare production and other reports, Supervise workers and projects, Co-ordinate and schedule activities, Oversee apprenticeship training, Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, Train or arrange for training, Set up machines and equipment, Estimate costs and materials
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Read blueprints and drawings, Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Leading/instructing individuals
Required Skills:
• Minimum 2-year experience
• Ability to work in busy environment
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently as well as prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team
