Swedish Speaking Customer Support Agent - Malta

Our client, one of the largest and most well-known iGaming companies is looking for a Swedish speaker to join their Customer Support team and form part of their fun, colourful & bright working office environment
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer calls, chats and emails
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up & resolved in a timely manner
  • Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level
  • Feedback recurring customer issues to the Team Leader and relevant internal department


  • Excellent verbal and written Swedish and English
  • Excellent typing skills – speed and accuracy & computer literacy
  • A proven team player with a can do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with difficult customers
  • Flexible approach to working in a dynamic and often hectic environment, able to multitask
  • High level of customer service orientation, with a proven ability to see problems through to their resolution

Beneficial traits:

  • Previous Customer service experience
  • iGaming experience
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet
  • Shows initiative, suggesting ways to improve the customer experience
  • A passion for Sports
