The Sales Development team at Swell is an outbound sales model that focuses on prospecting new clients and setting appointments for account executives. You will be responsible for many tasks, but not limited to:
Generating, nurturing, and qualifying new business through prospecting
Qualify warm leads from specific marketing campaigns
Achieving Quota and improving your craft
Work closely with Account Executives to close qualified opportunities, and ultimately achieve sales targets
