RSC is a Software Company, based in Melbourne, Australia. Our Product "Rev-Trac" is the state-of-the-art SAP Change Control Solution used by Companies of all sizes around the Globe. We have a global presence and are looking to expand our European operation.

Professional Services Consultant EMEA (m/f/x)

As part of the Customer Success Team, you will be part of the European Section with colleagues in Germany, Australia and the USA. The CST Team has three main Tasks: Customer Support, Consulting and Pre-Sales.

Your main Tasks will be:

• Support the Sales-Team along the Sales-Cycle, this includes Pre-Sales Presentations, creating concepts, provide technical expertise
• Help our customers by answering Support-Tickets
• Realize implementation projects together with the customer.
• Consult Customers on SAP Change Control and Sap Life-Cycle Management

• Familiar with SAP Change Control Processes & Transport-Management
• Understand ABAP
• Understand needs of Dev-/Functional/Key User-Teams
• Experienced SAP Consultants position aimed at individuals keen on developing a career as a Pre-Sales Engineer and a Functional Software Consultant.
• Completion of technical IT qualification or a degree in Information Systems/Computer Sciences or similar experience
• Minimum 2 years' Experience in the SAP Area, either as Consultant, Basis-Administrator, Development-related or similar
• Good proficiency in English
• Fluent in any other EU Language - preferred German
• Based in Europe (EU)
• Good communicator
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Comfortable of giving presentations
• Understand Compliance
• Interest in working Vendor side in a company serving some of the largest SAP customers in the world.
• Interest in becoming a functional Software expert to assist in Presales and Consulting
• Likes to travel.
• International business hours will be required with APAC and US
• Good Internet-home Connection (100% Home office)

Advantageous:

• Experience with integrations.
• Experience with SAP's Solution Manager ChaRM
• Knowledge of DevOps & Agile
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Fluent German
• Understanding of cloud applications
