Job Description: To provide first and second line process and technical support to internal staff of an international company. Support are done via phone call; To work with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff IT problems; To provide support for basic incident resolution and requests reported; and To conduct initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components.
Job Requirements: must have at least 1 year of similar work experience using voice support; can start asap and can work at Quezon City after temporary work from home.
