Audit Associate

Responsibilities:
Lead and execute audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
Plan and perform risk assessments, identify key issues, and develop audit plans
Conduct testing of internal controls, financial statements, and other audit areas
Evaluate audit findings and make recommendations for improvements
Communicate with clients to address questions, concerns, and issues
Supervise and mentor junior staff members
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA certification
Minimum of 3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
