You’re a quick problem solver and enjoy meeting new people and helping them make moments into memories. You’re a capable self-starter with a close eye for detail and solid experience multi-tasking. Main Tasks: Welcoming clients and demonstrating our impressive campers; providing support and advice on camping, travel itineraries. Completing check-in /check-out administrative tasks; Preparation of campers with a sharp eye for details, maintaining the high standard of style and workmanship that has helped us stand out from the competition; Verifying vans on return; Updating records of conditions, organizing/scheduling repairs as necessary; Driving campers to deliver/occasionally to our other bases: Lisbon/ Faro; Have an active role in the operational organisation of the base. Requisitos : What you need: Fluency in English (mandatory); French, German an advantage Drivers licence Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team ; Previous experience in hospitality or customer service will be considered an advantage A positive, helpful and can-do attitude when it comes to interacting with customers and assisting in their needs to help them have a memorable and positive experience.
