Customer Advisor with high level of German in Lisbon

We are looking for a Customer Advisor with a High Level of German to join a Customer Relationship Management leader Company in Lisbon.

Depending on the project you would have different responsibilities:
- Booking management (altering, cancelling or creating new reservations)
- Advising customers on the services we provide on the phone or by email
- Managing the reservations back-office (ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations)
- Post-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
- Handling and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents) 
- Offering information, solutions and counselling to customers regarding the company’s services
- Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures
- Compliance with company regulations for Data Protection and Information Security
- Maintaining positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact
- Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project


- Really fluent in German (at least C1)

- fluent in English (at least B2)
