On of the biggest BPO companies in the world, our client based in Lisbon, Portugal is recruiting Japanese Speaking Customer Service Advisors for an e-commerce project involving one of the most widely used e-commerce sites for cheap clothing, houseware and gadgets
Candidates should speak fluent Japanese and good English (B2).
As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
Seize the opportunity to “ through each interaction by showing a keen interest in the customer and becoming, by an increased knowledge of the services offered by the brand, an expert and a defender of the brand
Look proactively and with the help of the team, to improve the customer experience at each interaction
Assistance with concerns regarding payment transactions and shipping
Support the customers before, during and after purchase
Accommodation provided for the duration of the contract and flights reimbursed as well as flights for a yearly visit back home.
These roles are initially for a 12-month contract, renewable which will become permanent after 2 years with a competitive salary (base salary, performance bonus and meal allowance) and a great sign up bonus of 1500€!
Candidates must already have work permission to work in Portugal.
