Hayley Group Limited have an Onsite Support vacancy to work within our well-established and experienced team based in the Bradford area. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

As our Onsite Support, you will be supporting the current team in the organisation of the warehouse, helping to maintain stock levels and providing technical support to our customers onsite. 

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities as our Onsite Support will include:

Assisting the Onsite Manager with the day to day running of the operation.
Supporting management meetings and customer specific projects.
Management of engineering assets & identification of parts.
Preparing quotes and processing orders.
Procurement of all engineering parts, goods and services.
Ad hoc warehouse duties, including collecting items from goods-in and receipting into stock.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Onsite Support:

Experience within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) industry is essential.
Experience working in stores management and procurement would be ideal, however not essential.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organisation is essential, as the role requires direct collaboration with the customer engineering team.
Full driving licence is preferable.
Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service. 
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Good level of numerical skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and time management.
