The Company. Our client is a leading global blockchain company in the market and helps its clients to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money around the world. We are currently recruiting for a German native speaker in Barcelona, to provide premium level of support to local and global users. The Job. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be in charge of creating a platform where customers will be supported with exceptional quality, timely responses and accurate information. – You will handle high amounts of incoming emails, chats – You will need to identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction – You will provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information – You will manage complaints, provide proper solutions on a timely manner – You will follow globally regulated communication procedures, guidelines, and policies The Profile. – 1+ years’ experience as a customer service representative or experience in a client facing environment – Strong ability in using IT for professional use and can handle somewhat technical queries from customers – Previous working experience in finance or/and new technology sector considered as a great advantage – Strong interest in blockchain or understanding the industry – Exceptional written communication skill and a good listener – Tolerant, empathetic, and a solution-oriented – Comfortable working in a fast-phase environment – Fluent in English and German is a must Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts The Offer. – Be part of a newly operating office, creating local office’s culture and doing something meaningful – Opportunity to grow professionally by taking challenges and solving unique business problems – Career opportunities in a fast-growing company – Possibility to relocate or move internationally in the mid-career – Competitive salary (irregular hours during late and night shifts will be compensated) – Other: flexible working hours, casual work attire, weekly team lunch, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. Only applicants based in Spain or the EU with Customer Support experience will be considered for this role.
