About Mindful Support Services  
We are a business-to-business support service for independent mental healthcare providers. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing, and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our teams currently support over 1,200 independent mental health providers, who in turn serve over 19,000 clients per week across 11 locations throughout Washington and Oregon, as well as virtually via Telehealth. We are in the process of expanding our services to Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado; offering both in-person and Telehealth.

 About the Marketing Coordinator Role   
We are seeking a motivated, creative Events Manager who will help develop Mindful Therapy Group’s brand and create impactful experiences that result in new provider partnerships & strengthen existing ones. The Marketing Events Manager is responsible for all aspects of provider and staff events.  This role will plan, develop, and execute all events, and report out on registration & attendance, with a main focus on provider recruitment events. Examples of provider events include online seminars, social hours at restaurants/breweries/office locations, sports outings, and 3rd party conferences. Staff events include a summer BBQ, company vacation party, and smaller ad-hoc team building. 
 
The Marketing Events Manager will assess impact of strategy by analyzing performance of promotional communications, and engagement of event attendees, and report outcomes to leadership. This role is an opportunity to be creative in finding new ways to engage providers, and promote the Mindful Therapy Group brand.

Requirements
Responsibilities
 
Master understanding of the Mindful Therapy Group/Mindful Support Services brand, company history and goals. Develop strategies and tactics to highlight brand recognition and drive qualified traffic to our front door.  
Develop and manage an annual schedule of events. 
Manage all aspects of events including logistics, budget management, vendor selection and coordination, delegating responsibilities, managing invitations, and creating & coordinating event communications 
Drive event promotion & registration; working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to be strategic about audience touchpoints.  
Draft and coordinate promotional event communications. 
Execute all aspects of event logistics; venue planning & setup, vendor management, day-of communications, event itinerary, ect.  
Organize and lead company participation at 3rd party conferences and with sponsorship partners. 
Own the creation and delivery of all marketing collateral for events, promotion of business services, and digital assets 
Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing collateral guidebook 
Report out on event registration and attendance, assess outcomes against goals, and work to develop new measures of success for events. 
Collaborate effectively with executive leadership; demonstrating professionalism and discretion. 
Create newsletters and drip campaign material specific to both our client and provider based audiences. 
Create and schedule provider spotlight series which highlight providers in our community to tell their success stories.  
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors 
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.  
Support the Senior Marketing Director with budgeting, planning, communicating and organizing various provider-member and recruiting events 
Contribute to efforts in building brand awareness and a positive reputation across the Marketing Department

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities, and flexibly re-prioritize as needs change. 
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field 
3+ years experience in marketing, event management, or similar fields. 
Ability to travel often for out of state for events; typically 3-4 days at a time. 
Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, and the ability to learn other design platforms 
Proven history of successful marketing event planning and execution 
Strong communication skills 
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
 
Work Environment 
Work will be performed mainly at Mindful Support Services’ Headquarters, with work performed at office locations, and off-site venues for specific events as needed. Working from home up to 2 days per week is available as the needs of the business allow.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000-$80,000 per year
