Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary: 
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in providing financial insights and support to drive the company's strategic decision-making. This position involves comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling.
Develop, monitor, and update financial forecasts and budgets.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
Analyze financial performance against benchmarks and provide insights on areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for new projects and investments.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAP, Oracle).
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
