Apartment Maintenance - CBH Rentals

Currently, we are looking for a reliable, trustworthy apartment maintenance team member that is willing to maintain all aspects of our community's operations and objectives.
Job Duties:
Day to day maintenance operations of assigned community (including but not limited to): work orders, unit turns, curb appeal, preventative maintenance, preventive maintenance, vendor and inventory management.
Compliant with all company standards and the employee handbook.
Current on applicable laws.
Ensures all inventory controls are in compliance with company standards.
Works with the Community Manager as directed.
Operates under the safety and operating standards as set forth by the company.
Has the ability to work flexible hours and take on-call duty when necessary.
