Responsibilities include:
Style patients in frames that meet their visual and lifestyle needs
Recommend products based on the patient’s lifestyle and visual needs
Educate patients on the latest lens technologies
Assisting with general front office operations: answering the phone, check-in, check-out, and pretesting patients
All things insurance: verifying eligibility, answers questions, authorizing benefits, and pricing orders
Staying up to date with training to advance your skills and knowledge
Requirements Previous experience as an Optician required
A positive attitude and a willingness to strive for excellence
Ability to deliver a SPEC-tacular patient experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation
Ability to work hours of operation including evenings and Saturdays
Bilingual in Spanish or Burmese is a big plus
