Speech and Language Pathologist

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience in diagnosing and treating speech and language disorders
Knowledge of evaluation and treatment techniques for communication and swallowing disorders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and patient needs
Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
