SQL Developer, Financial Reporting

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled SQL Developer, Financial Reporting to join our growing team!  As part of the Financial Business Intelligence Team, you will play a critical role in the design and development of complex queries to organize and retrieve data for financial reporting. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Finance, and Business partners to contribute to various projects, including the buildout and automation of financial reporting, data migrations, and the optimization of database and query design. You will need experience in SQL development and data migrations, and experience in SAP, Power BI, Big Query is also a plus.
As an SQL Developer, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Writing complex SQL queries based on business and reporting needs
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
Work with cross functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancement and development requests
Analyze data from multiple sources and working through nuances while maintaining data integrity
Create and maintain  documentation for queries, data, and requirements
Optimize queries and document schema
Work with IT to support and test data and report migrations
