About the role:
As a Risk Analyst, you’ll work on the cutting edge of Corporate Security Compliance. While using your technical and analytical skills to protect Worldpay from threats, you will partner with business leaders to identify risks, evaluate the effectiveness of controls, and promote continuous improvement.
What you will be doing:
Ensure the strategic objectives of risk management program are met including execution of risk assessment activities, coordination of risk response and program testing and validation.
Review significant events and advises key stakeholders of action steps required to prevent future recurrence.
Perform risk assessments related to Physical and Environmental Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management programs as well as other consulting projects throughout various risk disciplines while identifying potential issues, control gaps and potential process efficiencies.
Document risk analysis and controls and evaluates control design and continuous control improvement.
Manage specific areas of exposure.
Execute risk assessment activities and coordinating risk response.
Review significant events and advise key stakeholders, to prevent future recurrence.
Delivering reports to the key stakeholders, hitting set timelines and standards, leveraging visualization tools.
Support internal and external audits of the team’s functions, including representation to auditors and ongoing maintenance of the team evidence repository.
Observe, understand and support documentation of physical security, tactical intelligence, travel security and facilities business processes in policies, standards and procedures and/or process flows, including identification of risks and key controls.
This role will also be tasked with projects related to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)
What you will need:
Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills required as well as outstanding interpersonal and human relation skills
Project-oriented and may require a significant amount of overtime at critical times
Knowledge of project management methods and techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
Excellent MS Office skills, exposure to MS Project and MS Visio
Exposure to visualization tools (ie Power BI and Tableau)
Excellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and others
Proficiency to operate independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A growth mindset
An enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and embracing change
Added bonus if you have:
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, MS Power Apps
Knowledge of SQL, familiar with Power Query
Experience using MS Excel for Analysis
Exposure to Security Tools such as CCure, Avigilon
Awareness of External Regulations and Standards for Facilities & Corporate Security (PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO, OSHA, etc.)
