POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Generalist Architect who can help contribute to the overall excellence of work delivered by the firm.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Minimum 3-5 years of post-bachelor degree Architecture firm experience
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or another related field
Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development
Experience with Revit is a must and experience with putting CD sets together
Document project specifications and create reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
Should have good graphic skills and ability to perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies and limited design layouts
Highly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativity
An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills
Experience working with High-end residential mainly single-family homes, Hospitality (Hotels, F&B, and Resorts), Workplace.
Experience with tools such as SketchUp, Rhino
BENEFITS
At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position in Seattle is between $68,000 and $72,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the candidate’s education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.
