I am working exclusively with a Norwich-based business to secure a talented Finance Director to work with them as they grow.
The company is an SME looking for someone who will be strong on strategy and control but also willing and able to work down in the detail when necessary.
This is the sort of FD role that doesn’t often come to market.
Together with the MD, you will manage the external relationships for the business so it is vital that you are comfortable with networking and dealing with the wider business community
The role is wide-ranging and encompasses:-
Developing strategies to support the business growth
Giving appropriate financial guidance that enables the company to meet all financial commitments
Financial modelling to support business decision-making
Maintaining appropriate financial controls
Managing a small team An attractive salary is on offer (in the £80-100K range) together with excellent small-company benefits.
