We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Planner to join our client in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing demand and supply planning for all products across a pre-determined number of sites. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to ensure accurate ordering systems and consistent supply while minimising costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage demand and supply planning for designated sites, ensuring accurate order proposals and supply assurance.
Ensure the ordering system operates with the most accurate information to generate consistent and precise order proposals.
Maintain checks and controls on data integrity and performance, investigating and resolving any deviations against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock transfers, order modifications, forecast accuracy, and order proposal accuracy.
Work with the Advanced Forecasting system to address queries on the department helpdesk system within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Develop and maintain relationships with sites, franchisees, and other stakeholders, educating them on the use of ordering portal and proactively demonstrating improvements.
Support and occasionally lead specific departmental activities and project team workgroup participation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, tools, people, and processes that support the overall Supply function.
Plan for known peak and special trading periods, ensuring adequate supply and efficient operations.
Handle queries within agreed periods and SLAs.Requirements:

Proven experience in demand and supply planning.
Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.This role is paying a salary of £32,000, working 37.5 hours per week, and one weekend every 3 months. The office is based in Hemel Hempstead, offering hybrid working.
