I am partnered with a bespoke, luxury travel arrangements business seeking a Junior Finance Manager to join the finance team, reporting into the Finance Director. You will be finalist or newly qualified, looking for your next progressive and dynamic role.
This a key hire for the business, you will be responsible for heading up the finance function, implementing new reporting processes and helping to deliver the 2024 strategic plan. It's an opportunity to create your own role in a well-established and growing company.
You will need a strong understanding of:
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Payments and payment reconciliation
Project accounting
Identifying cost savings and managing budgets
Preparation of end of year accounts
Compliance and regulatory accountingPreferred skills
At least 2 years' experience in a finance role, preferably in the travel sector
Be entrepreneurial, a 'doer', and enjoy working within small team environments
A genuine passion for travel, adventure and luxury
