Biblio Travel are an exciting new Tour Operator offering package holidays from the UK to Cyprus starting this summer. Come and join our team. 

Job Purpose: As a Reservation Agent, you'll be responsible for building relationships with our suppliers (hotels, airline, ground handler) to ensure we fulfil the Biblio Travel Holiday experience, taking ownership of the reservation. A confident computer literacy and accuracy are essential to succeed in this role.


·        Manage the online reservation system to drive the day-to-day reservation operations

·        Take full ownership to ensure bookings that are made are fully realised and booked with our supply chain

·        Coordinate hotels to promptly use Biblio system tools to load the hotel information, descriptions, photos etc.  

·        Support Customer Care team and representatives to handle daily issues related to the supply chain (Hotels, Flights, Transfers)

·        Effectively and efficiently handle any administrational or operational queries with the suppliers

·        Escalate any operational issues and process improvements to the management team

·        Achieving and exceeding company, team and individual objectives relating to room nights delivery, productivity, and attendance/punctuality

·        Contribute to the overall team productivity

·        Demonstrate excellent product and competitor knowledge by keeping up to date with information available

·        Attend Product events to support product knowledge

·        Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, assuring attention to detail at all times

·        Work to company agreed SLA's, taking ownership of own performance levels

·        Assist with other areas of the business as required


·        A minimum of one-year experience in travel reservations, ideally in Cyprus

·        Strong computer skills and good level of numeracy

·        Ability to work with autonomy

·        Good customer service skills, verbal and written

·       Excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

·       Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Skills and Knowledge:

·        Excellent knowledge of English language spoken and written

·        Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage

·        Strong administration and organisational skills

·        Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers

·        Able to work as part of a team and with other teams

·        Able to perform under pressure in a busy fast paced environment

·        Strong ethical standards & values with a drive to always do the right thing

·        Proven experience with technology software and applications
