Job Profile
* Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the full sales cycle and management of all resources required
* Experience in new business development within the B2B technology sector would be highly desirable for our client. They need someone who is able to take control of the sales function within the German region and confidently drive it forward.
* Driving the development and execution of the sales plan, including appropriate market development and account sales strategies.
* Territory is primarily Germany, but assignment to accounts outside of Germany is possible
* Building and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders and counterparts within the business
* Develop deep knowledge of potential prospect’s businesses
* Understand competitor offerings and positioning
Skills and Experience
* You will demonstrate a proven track record managing complex, large-scale, multi-national sales from beginning to end within a Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions business
* Experience in selling to the Retail sector
* Experience selling within the German market
* Ability to deal with prospects at Executive level in Tier 1 organisations
* Maintain knowledge of industry
* Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or other technical discipline
* Excellent basic and package dependent on experience
* OTE realistically able to double basic salary
* Car allowance
* Excellent working environment within a strong European team
