Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits
Location: London (hybrid working)
My client is a rapidly growing global organisation offering a range of services to the Professional Services sector globally. As part of their exciting growth plans an opportunity exists to join this business in a Company Secretarial Manager capacity.
You will form part of a high calibre team responsible for delivering a range of corporate secretarial and governance, advising a portfolio of clients on compliance matters, including (but not restricted to) annual statutory requirements, routine company changes and share capital changes.
You will be corresponding directly with both clients and third parties, and will be expected to adhere to Ad Hoc requests and administrative matters (authorised signatory requests, board minute extracts, secretary certificates, auditor requests, etc.) and attending to any notarisation/apostille requirements.
Key Duties:
* Deliver a range of high-quality company secretarial services to a range of clients in line with your billable hours and recovery rate targets, including leading in relation to high quality Board Support services (forward planning, agenda setting, board paper and board pack co-ordination, meeting attendance and management, minuting, documenting and allocation of actions).
* Acting as relationship manager for a number of clients and overseeing a team providing support to those clients
* Regular relationship meetings with key clients
* Assisting with the administration for board meeting’s from start to finish, this will include; preparation of meeting agendas, preparation and distribution of meeting packs, attendance at board and shareholder meetings, preparation of relevant minutes, maintenance of minutes and records as well as other ad hoc secretarial duties as required
* Provide feedback on work produced and answer queries by more junior members of the team to ensure that quality service delivery to clients is maintained across
The Person:
* ICSA fully qualified (or other professional qualification if relevant experience can be demonstrated).
* A degree in Law/Business Studies preferable but not essential.
* Experience of attending and minuting Board and Committee meetings, preferably in the financial services sector.
* Commercial and practical outlook.
* Ability to build relationships and rapport, demonstrating credibility.
* Solution focused, confident in communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and to take ownership of tasks, time and workload by prioritising and managing expectations.?
The role is based from their London office, offering hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
