GWR is recruiting now: Business Development Officer.

Office location: Bauchrieh.

Overview: 

Promoting and selling GWR’s customer service and food safety services along with maintaining good relationships with the clients.

Job Description:

-Plan and prioritize GWR's sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
-Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.
-Manage service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
-Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
-Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

Skills:

Candidates should possess: 
-Negotiation, communication and persuasion skills.
-Minimum of 3 years experience in outdoor sales (preferably services).
-Knowledge in CRM Software.
-Fluent in English and Arabic
