The Advocate group is working exclusively with this organisation as they expand their team as they continue to contribute to their strong growth agenda.
We are now on the search for a Project Manager who will lead and deliver launches and strategic projects through full execution in order to contribute to the business’s continuous growth and NPD pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of overseeing the scope, planning, and execution of numerous cross-functional initiatives vital to the business.
Foster and sustain engagement with projects and workstreams across diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Evaluate and execute project timelines, remaining vigilant for any obstacles and offering potential recommendations.
Conduct project evaluations, focusing on enhancing processes and aiding in their implementation through brainstorming and support.
Manage document control, ensuring their suitability and timely creation for their intended purposes.
About you:
Project management experience ideally within the FMCG market.
Attention to deal with the ability to create and build strong relationships across business stakeholders.
Proven track record in delivering projects at pace with success.
Confident individual who has a high level of commercial understanding and awareness.
Ambitious to develop and grow your career with a strong sense of self direction.
