Wat ga je doen?We are looking for new talent to join our aeronautical customer support engineering team. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries regarding technical issues through various communication channels, including Internet-based systems, telephone calls, and email. You play a crucial role in providing prompt and effective solutions to both personal and business clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.A description of the daily tasks:
  • Act of new regulations, maintenance requirements and aircraft type related maintenance instructies/information
  • Create and maintain programs based on data
  • Monitor the airworthiness status of aircrafts and execution of maintenance
  • Analyze maintenance related parameters

Wat mag je verwachten?
  • 1FTE 40 hours per week
  • Salary €3000 - €3500 depending on education and experience
  • Good primary and secondary employment and working conditions
  • 25 leave and 13 ATV days per year

Wie ben je?
  • Degree in aeronautical engineering or equivalent knowledge level by experience.
  • Basic understanding of EASA legislation related to Part-M and Part-21 is an advantage.
  • Have experience with aircraft system- and structural design is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, CAD software and database environments.
  • Good English communication skills in writing and verbally.
