Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
The QC Specialist will perform basic activities necessary for assuring that studies are conducted in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and approved protocols.
Be familiar with pertinent study protocols, GLP’s, SOP’s and ensure adherence to them in one's own work as well as work received from other individuals
Review raw data and calculations to verify accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GLP’s, SOP’s, and protocols
Review reports, verifying their integrity, clarity, compliance to the protocols and GLP’s
Supports a scientific laboratory with administrative and complex tasks
Other duties as required for the effective and efficient operation of the laboratory and company in general
