Job Overview:
Are you an experienced Senior Project Engineer ready to lead innovative offshore oil & gas projects? If you have a strong engineering background and at least 15 years of experience, this is your chance to contribute to large-scale, high-impact projects! We're looking for someone with deep expertise in offshore facilities, multinational team dynamics, and a thorough understanding of industry codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage offshore projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with technical specifications.
Provide technical expertise to the project team and ensure alignment with operational goals.
Collaborate with multinational taskforce teams (minimum 10 years' experience) to drive success in large-scale projects.
Oversee project execution, including design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases, ensuring adherence to operator's specifications.
Manage offshore facilities development and modification, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Ensure all project activities meet the relevant codes, standards, and industry regulations (e.g., NOC, TotalEnergies General Specifications, Manasa).
Foster a positive team environment, applying strong leadership to motivate and guide project team members.
Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Travel internationally for technical missions and support site activities as needed.
Apply strong analytical skills to resolve project challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering.
Experience: Minimum 15 years in offshore oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years as a Project Engineer within an operator's team.
Project Team Experience: At least 10 years working in a large multinational taskforce team environment.
Offshore Facilities Experience: Prior experience with offshore facilities is preferred.
Technical Missions: Available for global technical missions to support projects worldwide. ✈️

Ability to work on projects in complex, multicultural environments.
Solid analytical skills to navigate complex project issues.
Computer literate with proficiency in project management software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
Language: Fluent in English (mandatory).
Training: H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET certifications.
