Spain – Madrid
Major Data Centre project will be your sole focus representing the Main Contractor for this large Tech Client. Can you motivate, lead and be a voice of reason when needed. This is a 18 Month program with a further phase to be awarded
Absolutely critical that you gain a strong working relationship on site and form and mutual respect and trust with the client.

Clients wishes
* Someone with a proactive, can do attitude that can build teams, client face and sustain long term relationships
* Prepared to roll the sleeves up and set the standards from the front
* You must be physically active as you will be expected to get out from behind the desk and make inspections and relationships with sub-contractors and the team on site. This may mean 10-20,000 Steps in a day depending upon site activities
Experience & Qualifications
* NEBOSH
* 6 + Years Boots on the ground experience operating for a relevant Main Contractor or Sub-Contractor in a Leadership role be that Project or Multiple Projects
* Experience of Build & Civil Engineering Projects
* CV that shows longevity and loyalty. Not 5 Career moves in 6 Years thank you.
* Preference given to EU Passport Holders due to the visa process & time
* Data Centre Experience is a BONUS but NOT essential. What is essential is a proactive can do attitude
