We are looking for a real professional experienced with the defense/security/law enforcement sectors.

You must be energetic, hands-on, independent and sharp sales leader to manage our European subregions.


We are looking for a candidate located in Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Czechia.


In this position You will play a key role in our fast-growing global counter-drone company.


Your challenge and mission will be to build, lead and grow sales in Germany or Spain or the Benelux or Central Europe or the Nordic Countries. This role offers the unique opportunity to be a leader in a market with clear needs, demands and opportunities. Offers you to build the company’s regional business from the beginning using its innovative and tested technology, and grow it into an established and profitable European business.

    • Located in Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Czechia

    • Preferrably min. 5 years with the defense/security/law enforcement sectors

    • Preferrably min. 5 years in sales

    • Persistent and results-driven professional

    • Ability to work independently, prioritize efforts, and adjust quickly

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to travel across the country or region

    • Effortless communication in English


    • Generate sales leads

    • Develop the leads into effective channels

    • Build and maintain strong relationship with potential customers and partners

    • Understand and identify competition

    • Create and execute sales plans

    • Learn the ins and outs of your market, your operational environment
