The student will be part of the Call Center team at a four star hotel.
It is not the traditional Call Center, but a special treatment that we give to our customers. It's an actual occasion to learn a lot about hotels and tourist's treatments, management and care.
The main tasks are: attending calls from potential customers and generate reservations by entering them in the system as well as making their confirmation, providing all the information required by the customer and always maintaining an optimal level of update regarding the issues that can be about information about hotels.
The activity will be carried out during the week, every day from Monday to Friday.
It will therefore not be held during the weekend and on public holidays.
It is mandatory to provide a learning agreement from your school/university and a EU Passport/ID.
From 3 to 6 months of duration.
