·        3 – 5 years of selling HSS cutting tools, Carbide cutting tools & industrial Consumables

·        Product & Application knowledge a must

·        Good contacts with cutting tool traders and importers

·        Client database with contacts in the target industry

·        Quick Business development and capability of converting / acquiring customer

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification)


REMUNERATION: Basic Remuneration + Incentives                                                                  


  • Present and sell the Company’s product and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare plan of action and schedules to identify specific targets.
  • Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
  • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate method.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Coordinate delivery of products and services.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Recommends changes in products service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Identify and resolves customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports making recommendations to management.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales turnover in line with the target set by the management.
  • Follow up on quotes to close orders and achieve sales targets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
