The Role

We are seeking a Solution, talented, motivated, A+ player to join our group as a Head of Sales/Operations in a dynamic and smart solutions technologies company. 

Trusted Solutions startup solutions division of Trusted Systems Consultancy is highly agile technology division focus to provide smart solutions powered by A.I operating on a regional level. 

As a key member of the group, candidate will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The candidate will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the of an entity that is sub-focused on core technologies of the group company, with a longer term and equally important focus on strategy development and implementation required in a high growth technology company. The role will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, deal analysis and negotiations, Candidates must have a presentation, excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, Strong problem-solving skills, pro-activity, tenacity and organization skills will help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Individual contributor and looking for hunting mindset.

- accelerate customer / client on boarding.

- welling to achieve monthly target, 

- Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

- Provide strategic advice to management so they will have an accurate view of the market and the company's future

- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities

- Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial tea.

- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements

- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders

      Qualifications

        

      Requirements

       

      - Minimum of 4 years of sales and operation management experience in and Smart Solutions and A.I 

      - Individual contributor and self depended in sales pre-sales activities and ability to sell Cognitive solutions.

      - strong connections with decision maker and market reach for instance and limited to retail, BFSI and supply chain as well as education.

      - Strong leadership skills with experience building, growing and motivating teams.

      -Substantive experience with developing Business.

      - Expertise working with sales budgets, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills

      - 4 years' experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing a vision.

      - Experience in handling Turkey Market

      - speaking Turkish and English.
