Operations Coordinator

Power of Pod, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our digital media company, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes across various departments.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of company-wide operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Manage and maintain company databases, files, and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for company events, meetings, and conferences.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate supply levels are maintained.
Support the hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data and generating reports.
Ability to think critically and problem-solve, finding practical solutions to operational challenges.
Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
