Role Overview:
As a Building Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to step into a client-side role within a reputable main contractor, where you will have the chance to contribute to the successful delivery of diverse projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical components of construction projects from conception to completion.
* Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
* Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry regulations.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to address mechanical and electrical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as an M&E Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the construction industry.
* Comprehensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in commercial and industrial settings.
