Provide user support for core IT systems
Ensure all service SLAs are being met
Assist users with 3rd party software support specific to their departments
Troubleshoot basic network problems, diagnosing and solving faults, cabling and patching
Produce procedural documentation and how-to guides for technicians and end usersTo apply for this IT Support Team Leader role, you will need previous experience in a similar role. You will also require the following:
Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android operating systems in a business environment utilising MDM platforms
Experience with server management - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, wireless management
