Barker Ross are currently looking for a Stock and Admin Controller for a co-pack operation in Coalville.

This is an exciting opportunity for to work for a world leading food and beverage company.

The successful candidate must have a 'can do' attitude towards work with an eagerness to get the job done.

This role is a permanent position.

The working hours are 6:00 - 14:00 Monday - Friday.

The salary for this position Is £28,000 per annum.

Day to day duties will include:

Stock Ordering and reconciliation through the use of 'SAP' and various Warehouse/Production Management Systems
Systems entry of Stock movements with regards to customer and stock accuracy.
Reconcile inbound or outbound case discrepancies across various systems.
Track and identify stock and system issues internally through planning and warehouse stock holding based on customer requirements.
Ensure perpetual checks of stock are in line with company expectations in the warehouse on a rolling monthly basis, identify and resolve such issues to the expectation of the company.
Identify and promote resolutions of any issues that may affect the company financially or morally.
Report findings to the senior management team in a timely and professional basis.
Ensure that all reports are distributed and resolutions identified from data or any other reports to ensure stock integrity and minimal loss to the company.
Compile and complete reports and effectively manage day to day issues within stock and systems across multiple systems
Liaise with customers directly concerning stock or system issues.
Ensure Customer Ways of Working and systems of work are adhered to and completed in a good time frame by stock auditors and company employees
Ensure resolution and manage Identified alien stock, liaising with Warehouse Shift Managers to resolve and process in good time.
Monitor and reply to external communications when necessary to ensure customer compliances and requests.
Report through specific KPI's any findings or recommendations, develop the KPI's and monitor performances within those reports
To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time, that reasonably fall within the scope and grade of the post.

Candidate must have:

Experience using SAP
Experience using Excel
demonstrate a flexible approach to work, including weekends and out of hours.
Stock control experience
Demonstrate the ability to work under instruction and also on their own initiativeBenefits:
