Concept Resources are proud to be working with a unique, innovative Design and Manufacturing firm based in Leicester LE3 who are looking for a Sales Accounts Manager to join their sales team. This role is ideal for someone with previous Sales, Customer Service or Account Management experience, who is confident on on the phone and is able to build relationships with key clientele. l.
The Sales Operative will be working within a fun and driven team within a family type environment. The successful candidate will also be quoting and processing orders for trade customers whilst maintaining relationships with clients to generate business.
Job Duties:
* Maintaining and developing client relationships in order to promote business
* Assisting clients journeys from start to finish
* High demand of phone calls and emails to fulfil customer’s requirements.
* Liaising with each department to ensure smooth service delivery
* Being able to prioritise work load
* Handling and presenting quotations
* Processing orders
* Raising of job sheets
* Admin duties - handling data
* Understanding of the business, its products and services available
Shop floor experience given for the first month to gain knowledge from each department
Person Specification:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* Basic IT Skills including sending emails, and taking phone calls
* Methodical
* Efficient and organised
* Fun and friendly personality
* Eager to learn and progress
* Able to cope with pressure
* Prioritise work load
* Great communication
* Office based
