We are currently looking to recruit a Account Manager on a Permanent basis, for a local independent organisation who offer a committed and supportive workspace.

The main purpose of the role is to manage and build relationships with businesses through regular engagement. The ideal candidate will hold a proactive and positive approach and be passionate their work.

To be considered for the Business Liaison Officer, you’ll require the following essentials:

Similar experience in a customer service or sales environment
Been self-motivated and able to work to deadlines/ targets
Have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Build and maintain strong relationships
Have a passion to help others and the local community
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Within the Team, you’ll also be:

Manage a business portfolio and ensure they are kept up to date with marketing campaigns
Organise and attend networking events
Work towards KPI’s based on your engagement with businesses
Ensuring that all processes are actioned in a timely manner
Update the bespoke electronic system and maximise opportunities
General administration duties
Salary & Working Hours

£24,400 per annum
Full Time Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and birthday off
