Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Spanish Specialist MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher to join Teaching Personnel to work in a plethora of fantastic schools. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive Spanish language curriculum, aligned with educational standards and tailored to the needs of diverse student populations.
Employ effective pedagogical strategies to engage students in meaningful language learning experiences, fostering linguistic proficiency and cultural appreciation.
Utilize a variety of instructional resources, technology, and assessment tools to support student learning and monitor progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Spanish language and culture into interdisciplinary units and school-wide initiatives.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, communicating effectively to support student success.
Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices in language education and instructional methodologies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Modern Foreign Languages, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
QTS is absolutely essential.
Valid teaching certification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching Spanish at the primary or secondary level, demonstrating expertise in language acquisition and proficiency assessment.
Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with strong oral and written communication skills.
Commitment to promoting an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a professional setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
