Head Chef required for a stylish and award winning hotel in the city of Nottingham. This Head Chef role involves leading a brigade of 9 talented chefs, serving some of the finest sustainable food in the Nottingham area. This role is ideal for a motivated, experienced Head Chef and comes with outstanding benefits and working hours.
Head Chef requirements:
* As Head Chef you will have previous proven experience working in a minimum 4* hotel
* The ability to communicate and cooperate effectively at all levels internally as well as with guests
* Fine dining experience is desirable but not essential
