£40,000 - £45,000 PLUS BONUS & EXCELLENT BENEFITS
The Company
My client is a leading niche product manufacturer of specialist equipment and systems. With over 100 years’ experience they are part of a global business that supplies into multiple sectors both in the UK and internationally.
The have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive Digital Sales, identify and build new relationships with potential international partners (distributors) as well as working closely with existing international partners to maximising brand presence.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities as a Sales Engineer will include:
* Qualify inbound leads and enquiries.
* Maximising possible sales opportunities
* Issue quotations to reflect customer requirements.
* Product demonstration
* Customer order processing using the company CRM.
* Providing regular customer updates re delivery times
* Managing multiple sales
* Managing your sales pipeline
* Supporting company exhibitions / webinars when required
* Some international travel (to EMEA countries).
The Candidate
The Sales Engineer appointed to this role will receive all required product training, however, you will be an experienced and proven Technical Sales professional.
You must possess strong communication skills, be organised, have strong IT skills (with experience of a CRM system) and have a customer focused approach.
You will be target driven as well as having a logical and solutions-based approach to sales. Fluency in a foreign language (such as Indian / Arabic) is highly advantageous.
The Benefits
In return, the successful Sales Engineer can expect an excellent salary of up to £45,000 (dependent on experience), up to 20% Bonus and a package that includes 26 days leave (including Birthday) plus Bank Holidays, Private Medical and Income Protection cover.
