Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We're searching for an enthusiastic Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations.

Taking control of a 24/7 operation working across 3 separate shift patterns with 180 x staff.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Production Manager, you'll be at the helm of our manufacturing operation. Your mission is clear:

Lead and Nurture: You'll lead and nurture our production team to ensure we're firing on all cylinders.

Quality First: Keeping product errors below 3.5%

Ownership Matters: You'll take full ownership of temporary labour requirements and be the go-to person for employment relation issues.

Team Development: Inspire and develop our Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Shift Managers to be the best they can be.

Compliance Champion: Uphold Company, legal, and health and safety standards, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

KPI King/Queen: Monitor productivity and KPIs daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly to hit our targets.

Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to your team, ensuring they have the skills they need.

Problem Solver: When issues can't be resolved at the shift manager level, you step in.

Communication Guru: Lead monthly departmental meetings and foster open communication within the team.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate:

Production Manager level experience from any type of manufacturing
Experienced in running 24/7 operations
Strong people management skills
