Our client, a successful full service law firm in Bedford has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
The caseload is varied - dealing with sale and purchase of commercial properties, leasing commercial property, tenant and landlord disputes, asset management, finance and investment.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years PQE
Experience of handling own caseload
Excellent customer care and business development skills
Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
Salary will be competitive dependent on experience but this is truly an exciting opportunity to join a great law firm with superb career potential
