I am working alongside an exciting family run D&B property developer who, due to an increase in purchased land and visions to expand, are in the market to recruit a site manager to join the team.
In business since 2011 and several successful and beautiful projects later, my client are looking for a site manager with like minded passion for building. This position would suit someone that gets excited by working on bespoke projects, has a keen eye for detail, is able to troubleshoot and has proven experience of managing projects up to £2m.
SMSTS, 1st Aid and CSCS will be required for this role
Someone from the Cambridge area would be preferred but not essential.
